I was looking through the Bradygames COD4 guide and found this at the back. My scanner is broken and i'm pretty much bored seeing as I can't go out so I'll type it up. Hope you like it.
Grenadier
[Gun] M16 - W/Grenade Launcher
[Pistol] M9
[Grenade] Flash or Stun
[Perk 1] DISABLED (M16 has a grenade launcher attached)
[Perk 2] Stopping Power or Sonic Boom
[Perk 3] Martyrdom
This is a great class to send into battle first. Let this player lob a few grenades into the fight before you move in. With sonic Boom perk, launched grenades will do more damage.
Ghost
[Gun] MP5 - W/Silencer
[Pistol] USP .45 - W/Silencer
[Grenade] Smoke
[Perk 1] Bomb Squad
[Perk 2] UAV Jammer
[Perk 3] Dead Silence
With both weapons silenced and the UAV Jammer and Dead Silence perks selected, you won't be detected via UAV scans or when you fire your weapon. Additionally, you'll make less noise while moving.
Survivalist
[Gun] M60E4 - W/Grip
[Pistol] Desert Eagle
[Grenade] Stun
[Perk 1] DISABLED
[Perk 2] Juggernaut
[Perk 3] Last Stand
With Juggernaut and Last Stand turned on, your enemies will be screaming, "Why won't he die?" The additional stopping power of the M60 and the Desert Eagle will shut them up.
Pointman
[Gun] W1200 - W/Red Dot Sight
[Pistol] M1911 .45
[Grenade] Flash
[Perk 1] Frag x3
[Perk 2] Double Tap
[Perk 3] Steady Aim or Deep Impact
The pointman is first into battle. Let him clear the area ahead with his Frag x3 and mow down enemies blocking the way with the shotgun and Double Tap perk. Enemies won't be able to hide behind walls with the Deep Impact perk selected.
Marksman
[Gun] R700
[Pistol] M9 - W/Silencer
[Grenade] Stun
[Perk 1] Claymore x2
[Perk 2] UAV Jammer
[Perk 3] Iron Lungs or Deep Impact
A great sniper class. Use the Claymore perk on rooftops or Building entrances to keep enemies from sneaking up on you. Don't be afraid to shoot through walls. Even if you can't see the enemy, Deep Impact will find them.
Warfighter
[Gun] G36c - W/Red Dot Sight
[Gun2] G3 - W/ACOG Scope
[Grenade] Smoke
[Perk 1] Bandolier
[Perk 2] Overkill
[Perk 3] Extreme Conditioning
With the overkill perk selected, thie will give you everything you need for all battle situations. Use a Red Dot Sight for quick acquisition, and an ACOG for some long-range targets. The Bandolier perk will keep your magazines full. If you get into trouble, hit Sprint and relocate with the help of some smoke.
Close Quarters
[Gun] P90 or MP5 - W/Red Dot Sight
[Pistol] M9
[Grenade] Flash or Stun
[Perk 1] Flash x3 or Frag x3
[Perk 2] Stopping Power or Juggernaut or Double Tap
[Perk 3] Last Stand or Deep Impact
When fighting in close quarters, this class will help in many ways, depending how you configure your perks. With the flash grenades, you can blind your enemies and rush in to finish them. Or choose Frag x3 and you don't have to run in at all! Choose the Double Tap perk and put twice as many rounds into your enemy!
Overwatch
[Gun] M249 SAW - W/Front Grip or ACOG Scope
[Pistol] Desert Eagle
[Grenade] Stun
[Perk 1] RPG x2
[Perk 2] Slight of Hand
[Perk 3] Deep Impact
Need to lock down a Domination flag? Set up this guy and forget it. With the SAW combined with Slight of Hand, you'll never be short on ammo, and the Deep Impact perk won't let your enemies hide from you.
Defender
[Gun] M1014
[Pistol] USP .45
[Grenade] Stun
[Perk 1] C4 x2
[Perk 2] Sonic Boom
[Perk 3] Martyrdom
This is a great class for protecting areas like Domination flags, headquarters, or the bomb. Set up C4 combined with Sonic Boom to obilterate your enemies as they try to take what's yours.
Sharpshooter
[Gun] M21
[Pistol] M1911 .45 - W/Silencer
[Grenade] Flash
[Perk 1] Bandolier
[Perk 2] Stopping Power
[Perk 3] Deep Impact
This sniper class isn't worried about being seen, but about being heard. The additional ammo from the Bandolier perk, combined with Stopping Power and Deep Impact, makes this one of the deadliest classes available.
